These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://growfrost.in (the "Website"), operated by GrowFrost ("GrowFrost", "we", "us" or "our"), and any order you place with us for the supply, delivery, installation or servicing of equipment. By using the Website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

GrowFrost supplies, delivers and installs commercial refrigeration equipment — including deep freezers, visi coolers, commercial refrigerators, water coolers and cold room solutions — for businesses in Delhi NCR and, for bulk or dealership orders, pan-India.

Product descriptions, specifications and images on this Website are provided for general information and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them, but they do not constitute a binding offer to sell at a stated price or specification. Capacities, dimensions and features can vary by model and are confirmed at the time of quotation.

Prices are not published on this Website and are provided on request, as they depend on model, capacity, configuration, quantity and delivery location. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and GST is charged as applicable at the prevailing rate.

Enquiries made through this Website, by phone, WhatsApp or email do not themselves create a binding contract. A contract for sale is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm your order in writing (including by WhatsApp or email), or, where applicable, on payment of the agreed advance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where equipment described is no longer available, where an error in pricing or specification is identified, or where we are unable to verify your details.

Payment terms (including any advance payment required to confirm an order) are agreed in writing at the time of quotation. This Website does not process online payments; payments are made directly to GrowFrost by the method agreed with our team, and a GST invoice is issued for every order.

The GrowFrost name, logo and the content of this Website — including text, graphics and layout — are the property of GrowFrost or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish or distribute any part of this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

This Website may link to, or embed content from, third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

This Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those we expressly state in writing for equipment we supply. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or an order placed with GrowFrost will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect orders already confirmed in writing.
